PAYMENT
All amounts including shipping/handling are quoted in US dollars.
We accept Visa / MasterCard / eChecks via PayPal, you don't even need to create a PayPal account to use it. PayPal offers a buyer protection program, ensuring your transaction is safe, secure and most of all a fair online transaction.
If a PayPal eCheck is used, your items will be shipped once it has cleared - usually 3-5 business days.
We also accept payment in the form of us postal money orders or cashiers check. Please make them payable to Michelle Kugler.

CONDITION RATING
Even though a picture can say a thousand words, we want to ensure that you have a fully-complete description of the item you want to purchase...and we want YOU to be COMPLETELY SATISFIED with that purchase.
So, how do we do this? - SIMPLE -
All of our items - both new and nearly new - are CAREFULLY and HONESTLY inspected before a condition rating (see table below) is assigned. (We are extremely strict and HONEST!)
We value YOU as a customer and want to ensure your COMPLETE SATISFACTION!
Condition Guide:
NWT ~ New with tags, never washed or worn; no visible flaws
NWOT ~ New without tags, appears new; no tags; never washed; no visible flaws
IMMACULATE ~ Previously worn with no visible signs of wear or no visible flaws although they may need refreshing/cleaning.
EXCELLENT ~ Previously worn with only very slight signs of wear (if any), which may include: lining discoloration and/or very, very light pilling/snags; no visible holes/stains unless noted in description. May need refreshing/cleaning.
VERY GOOD ~ Previously worn with moderate visible signs of wear, which may include: lining discoloration and/or light/moderate pilling/snags; no visible holes or stains unless noted in description. May need refreshing/cleaning.
