SHIPPING
Q: How much is shipping? Where is my order? A: Shipping is based on a Flat Rate Fee and will vary with each item(s). (Postage, Handling and packing supplies are included in this cost). All items are shipped either USPS First Class or Priority mail with delivery confirmation. We reserve the right to use whichever method is most economical and convenient at the time. If you wish to add insurance incase of lost or damage in transit, Please request it and an updated invoice will be sent.
*****Most items arrive in less than 4 days from the time it was shipped; but the US Postal Service is known to occasionally take longer. We ship Monday -Saturday excluding holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Q: Do you ship Internationally? A: Yes, we can process orders from most any country! We ship orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS), using either Global Priority or Airmail Letter Post. Please note that shipping will be higher if you are outside of the U.S.A., and the buyer is responsible for any additional charges like duties and customs taxes. International bidders will need to pay in US currency, preferably with PayPal. Please email me for a quote on shipping charges to your country. I'll work with you on shipping your item economically, so that you won't pay unnecessary charges. Customs slips are marked as merchandise, with the amount of purchase only.

Q: If I'm not 100% satisfied with my order, can I return it? A: Yes. In the unlikely event you are not pleased with your item(s), simply return it within 7 days (preferrably in the same packaging) to receive a full refund or exchange minus a 5% restocking fee. The cost of shipping the item both ways cannot be reimbursed.

HOW TO RETURN ITEM(S)
How do I return my item(s)? Please email me within 24 hours if you plan on returning any item(s) to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number . Include in your email the reason for return, the method of payment used, and the item description. Securely package item(s) to be returned and include your RMA number. Mail package to: Michelle Kugler 1695 High Ground Court Kewaskum WI 53040. Refund will be sent once item(s) are received and will be sent via the method you used originally to pay for your item(s) minus 5% restocking fee, for example if you paid with paypal then that is where your refund will go, if with cashiers check or money order then it will be that form.

ARE YOUR AVON PRODUCTS NEW ?
Yes. All avon is brand new, never before been used. Makeup is still sealed. Jewelry is still in box (Sometimes the box is hard to open so box flap may be slightly damaged because I check every piece before shipping it to client.)

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME FOR AVON PRODUCTS?
Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as payment has cleared if product is in stock. Occasionally a product may be out of stock. Avon products are ordered directly every two weeks. It may take up to three weeks for you to receive your item if it is out of stock in my shop. I will contact you with approx. ship date. I currently have a two week supply. My items are fresh. I have a retail store and product never sits on shelf long. Order with confidence.
